We believe in offering the solution that best meets your needs.
This may be a simple pence per minute offering, giving you
access to some of the most competitive rates currently available, or this
may be a calling package.
There are fundamental differences between the two offerings.
A simple pence per minute package offers you exactly that,
competitive rates for all calls.
Your bills will be provided on CDR, allowing you to interrogate and analyise
your call spend, quickly and efficiently
A calling package can offer you additional "value-adds", these
are normally services you would pay an extra premium for.
Free 24x7 maintenance of your lines.
Network reports, which can give a report on the utilisation of your lines
and help identify if you have the correct amount of lines to service your
customers, the reports will show all the calls, incoming and outgoing that
hit the exchange, this service differs from system call loggers that only
show the calls that hit your telephone switch.
Consolidated bills provided by CDR with the billing software that will allow
you to analyise your bills efficiently and pinpoint any misuse, thus allowing
you to have real control over your call cost. Free or discounted Isdn installation.
Capped rate calls, ideal if you make long duration calls.
Both types of offerings have their own merits; it all depends
on your profile.
However before we would recommend any rates or package it is vitally important
that an analysis of your calling profile is conducted.
This will allow us to give you our best advice and will give

Internet
connectivity
If you are looking for a business grade "always-on"
Internet connection, then we have the answer.
There are many different flavors of Internet connectivity available in todays
market place.
Not all offerings are the same.
At 21stcenturycommunications.co.uk we only offer what we consider,
in our opinion, to be best of breed.
Our solution offers a Service level agreement (SLA) and Service level guarantee
(SLG), which give 100% availability of service. In the unlikely event that
you experience anything less, then the service level guarantee scheme will
compensate you.
This solution also offers you the following options, should
you require them, Load-balancing, Load-share, failover resilience options
and the service also supports BGP (Border Gateway Patrol) should you have
or require multiple providers.
Bandwidths are available from 256k up to 1Gig. Flexible bandwidth options
are also available allowing you to install a larger bandwidth initially
but throttling back the amount you want to use. This option is particularly
cost-effective for businesses who expect their "net" or "e-commerce"
activity to grow, but initially only require a smaller bandwidth, or for
businesses who operate in a seasonal market, therefore allowing you to "flex-up"
your bandwidth when your customer demand is at it's highest and then "flex-down"
when you customer volume is lower.

of “state-of-the-art” IP ready telephony systems, from some
of the worlds most respected manufacturers.
Versatility
This system is ideal for the small office, starting from
2 users expandable up to 32 users and from 1 line expandable up to 12 lines.
The Inspiration is fully packed with features and offers
a Broadband module allowing Voip (Voice over IP) connectivity, giving you
the ability to connect remote sites or home offices, as an extension of
your office, or to simply use the “flat-rate” tariff of broadband
Voip to minimize your calling cost.
The real beauty of this system is that it allows connection of systems phones
or standard analogue phones as standard.
The Versatility is a very cost effective phone system, packed and loaded
with all the latest technology.
BCM (Business Communication Manager)
This system is manufactured by the world renowned Nortel systems, so the
quality speaks for itself.
The BCM communications platform gives you the ability to converge traditional
telephony with Voip and includes applications such as unified messaging,
home office and a whole host of sophisticated applications that have been
designed to make your business more effective and your customers’
interactions more efficient.
This system can expand from its starting point of up to 8 users to a single
site capacity of 160 users. As this is a communications platform, it also
has networking capability, so if you have a suite of BCM’s you can
actually connect together up to 750 users.
Inter-Tel Axxess & 5000 Series
Axxess
The Inter-Tel Axxess Communications platform is an open architecture software
based system designed to meet the needs of businesses of all sizes. The
range of applications available on the Axxess helps users maximise the competitive
advantage today's technology can offer. The Axxess system can be configured
for users who require less than 32 extensions through to upwards of 30,000
extensions seamlessly networking up to 63 unique locations.
A range of sophisticated and yet user friendly management
tools are available to help users maximise the integration of the system
into the company's business processes.
These tools include a network management device which enables
a single administrator to control and update a complex network of Axxess
systems spread across the country or continent. Additionally, the open architecture
system toolkit optionally enables software suppliers to write their own
'middleware' so that voice and data may work together to increase the efficiencies
in terms of telephone response times.
5000 Series
The Inter-Tel 5000 IP communications platform offers a network-centric communications
solution that allows you to join geographically dispersed associates and
multi-site locations. Whether you are connecting offices and applications
together over a data network or deploying IP terminals to employees in or
out of the office, all your employees have access to the same system features
as if they were located in your central office. Additionally, the Inter-Tel
5000 IP communications platform supports multiple software applications.
The Inter-Tel 5000 IP communications platform consists of
two primary systems (CS-5200 and CS-5400) that can transparently network
up to 63 different locations. Each server is equipped and licensed for networking
'out of the box' and initial networking capacities can be easily expanded
with a one-time licence.
The Inter-Tel CS-5200 communications server is designed for
the small business, offering built-in support for up to 25 IP terminals
and four ports of built-in voice mail, as well as system networking over
IP or E-1 for seamless connectivity within a multi-site environment.
The Inter-Tel CS-5400 communication server is designed for
the larger customers requiring up to 110 IP terminals. The Inter-Tel CS-5400
is built on an Inter-Tel CS-5200 through an upgraded processor expansion
card that is installed in the dedicated processor bay.

WAN/IP-VPN's
IP Wide Area Networks
There are two flavors of UK based IP VPN available, managed and wires only,
both give the option of a 6 model COS (class of service).
Wires only will give the network without any CPE (customer
premise equipment). This is ideal if you want to use your existing routers
or other CPE that you have invested in. Wires only allows you to manage
your own network.
Managed gives you the full end-to-end network including the
provision, installation, management and maintenance of the routers. The
managed network is ideal for many companies who like to leave the management
of the network to their chosen provider, leaving them to concentrate their
core business.
Both wires-only and managed are available with a 6 tier class
of service (COS), allowing you to prioritise, voice, critical data and applications.
All the IP VPN's are backed with SLA's and SLG's, giving you piece of mind
that your network is in the capable hands of a tier-one provider.
The bandwidths vary depending on which option you take; they start from
64k and go beyond 1gig. Flexible bandwidths are also available on both these
offerings, ideal if you are expecting future growth or operate in a seasonal
market, thus allowing you to make one investment that allows you the flexibility
and control.

Non-geographical numbers such as 0800, 0871, 0845 are widely
used in business to help with customer communication, increased marketing
pull and funding of support services.

Broadband services come in many different guises, from many different providers,
some good, some bad and some simply not worth mentioning.
We have deliberately kept our offering simple, unlimited
usage or limited usage (download).
Our broadband service offers a whole lot more than just internet
connectivity. Here at 21st century communications, we believe in offering
you the value-added services that can help your business and enable you
to get a lot more out of your broadband connection, see below for a brief
description of the value-add services that we can offer.
Voip (voice over internet protocol) lines
- This allows you to have additional lines included on your broadband for
a fraction of the cost of a normal telephone line. The real value of this
is that you can actually pay a flat monthly fee and get all your local and
national calls free.
IT Manager
Our PC support service covers current Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac operating
systems and the Microsoft Office applications that provide the backbone
of most office work. For our engineers to connect to your PC, you will need
an active broadband Internet connection.
Despite the capability of modern computer systems and peripherals,
problems often arise because networking or set-up issues prevent equipment
working properly. Our experts can usually put these right in a few minutes.
What if I need on-site help?
Occasionally, something may need repair or replacement. We can often identify
such problems remotely, but your system will need physical attention. The
work may be covered by your supplier's guarantee, but if you need professional
on-site support, we can provide it.

Leased
Lines
21st century communications offer a variet of private circuits,
namely Kilostream, Megastream and the more recent introduction of Megastream
ethernet.
These circuits are non-protocol dependant, so if you have
any legacy systems that simply won't run on an IP network, then this is
the option for you.
Kilostream circuits offer point-to-point
connectivity of bandwidths starting from 64k and in multiples of 64k up
to 960k.
Megastream circuits offer point-to-point
connectivity of bandwidths ranging from 1mb in multiples to 10mb.
Megastream Ethernet These are the latest
innovative point-to-point private circuits which, offer the availability
of larger bandwidths ranging from 10mb to 100mb.
In some circumstances these circuits are a more cost-effective way of connecting
sites opposed to the IP VPN.
All private circuits are provided on a "wires-only"
basis, with you providing the routing devices, however, if required we can
also provide the routers for you.
EES
Ethernet extension Services, these were formerly known as Lan Extensions
Services or Short Haul Data Services. These offer high bandwidth connectivity,
starting from 10mb.
These circuits offer connectivity on a point-to-point or star network topology
and like the Megastream services they are non-protocol dependant. You can
use the EES service to connet offices that are normally within 25k of each
other.
This service is probably the most cost effective way of securing high bandwidth
connectivity.
