these are normally services you would pay an extra premium for.
Free 24x7 maintenance of your lines.
Network reports, which can give a report on the utilisation of
your lines and help identify if you have the correct amount of
lines to service your customers, the reports will show all the
calls, incoming and outgoing that hit the exchange, this service
differs from system call loggers that only show the calls that
hit your telephone switch.
Consolidated bills provided by CDR with the billing software that
will allow you to analyise your bills efficiently and pinpoint
any misuse, thus allowing you to have real control over your call
cost. Free or discounted Isdn installation.
Capped rate calls, ideal if you make long duration calls.
